About the Role
As a Client Services Consultant, you will manage client relationships, connect clients with appropriate services, and support customer service functions. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, and ensuring seamless client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure needs are met efficiently
- Connect clients with appropriate services and supports throughout their journey
- Handle incoming calls and resolve day-to-day service delivery queries
- Schedule appointments
- Prioritize tasks to manage caseload and meet KPIs
Requirements
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a commitment to a client-centric approach
- Proven experience in customer service, call center environments, or medical reception
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience working towards and achieving KPIs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Adherence to the NDIS Worker Code of Conduct
