Responsibilities
- Provide, collect, and transmit pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals, contributing to patient care through high-quality service.
- Analyze the market of the assigned territory using internal and external data to develop strategies and action plans for sales growth.
- Ensure action plans are realistic and effectively utilize appropriate resources.
- Promptly execute approved action plans, measure results, and use findings for future activities.
- Proactively plan and execute seminars for appropriate use information dissemination.
- Organize and conduct lectures when deemed necessary by healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to promotional codes and practices during information delivery to healthcare professionals.
- Continuously self-study market trends, laws, regulations, business environments, and the latest medical information related to appropriate use and treatment methods, utilizing external resources.
- Report various sales activities accurately through daily reports and other required formats.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of MR experience.
- 2 years of experience in Hematology or Oncology is desirable.
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience calling on university hospitals or major regional hospitals.
- Experience in new drug adoption activities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- MR (Medical Representative) certification.
- Valid driver's license.
