About the Role

RX Japan is seeking a Senior Class Overseas Exhibition Support professional to assist exhibiting companies throughout the entire exhibition process, from preparation to post-event follow-up. This role goes beyond simple support, focusing on creating a smooth exhibition environment and driving client success. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities supporting both domestic and international exhibitors.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from exhibitors (overseas and domestic) and provide various support services, including exhibition preparation, application processing, and coordination.
Support and advise exhibitors on achieving their goals, including organizing exhibition content, facilitating business opportunities, and providing advice on visitor engagement strategies.
Provide on-site support and follow-up with exhibitors during the exhibition.
Direct and manage external vendors and temporary staff.
Identify challenges in exhibition support operations and propose improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher (recent graduates welcome) with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher recommended).
High level of Japanese proficiency for business communication, including client interactions.
Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, PDF, PowerPoint).
