About the Role

This high-impact, revenue-influencing role sits at the intersection of technical solutioning and client advisory. You will partner with Sales throughout the full sales cycle, from discovery to contract, providing the technical credibility required to convert interest into commitment. You will work with both new and mature enterprise clients, designing architectures, building demos, and contributing to proposals while balancing multiple active opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and define solution approaches.
  • Design end-to-end UiPath and agentic automation architectures that are defensible to both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on automation maturity and the strategic integration of AI-powered and agentic automation.
  • Build and deliver tailored demos and proofs-of-concept to validate feasibility and de-risk decisions.
  • Facilitate advisory sessions with technically mature stakeholders to move from evaluation to conviction.
  • Produce executive-standard written readouts, findings, and recommendations from discovery and POC engagements.
  • Articulate the ROI, scalability, and total cost of ownership of automation and AI solutions.
  • Own technical responses for RFPs and proposals, including solution approach, architecture, and effort estimates.
  • Create executive-ready presentation decks and value narratives.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure pre-sales commitments are technically feasible and scope-accurate.
  • Develop and refine reusable automation accelerators, including UiPath components and reference architectures.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through client-facing insights and solution briefs.
  • Stay current with the UiPath and Anthropic partner ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or automation architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and at least one of: Document Understanding, AI Centre, Process Mining, or Communications Mining.
  • Demonstrated experience designing or implementing RPA and intelligent automation in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to build credible, client-facing demos and POCs under tight timelines.
  • Experience facilitating sessions with senior stakeholders such as IT architects, CTOs, and operational leaders.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization for executive-quality reporting.
  • Ability to travel regularly for discovery sessions, workshops, and onsite POCs.
  • Must be based in Canada, with a preference for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
