About the Role
The Certified Trainer and Content Developer is responsible for creating and delivering industry-leading instruction on Altium’s products to enable customers to fully utilize product features and capabilities with best practices. Customer training is integral to the success and long-term growth of Altium through engaging technical training using various media formats.
Responsibilities
- Instruct Altium customers using Altium training content
- Maintain knowledge of all training content provided to customers
- Develop training content including scripts, video storyboards, and project examples
- Independently create technical video series
- Collaborate with internal departments for new product features and development
- Provide mentorship for internal and external trainers
- Capture training course videos and audio recordings from existing training course materials
- Provide course material updates and maintain existing written training materials
- Work with limited supervision in the development of course materials
Requirements
- 2+ years previous experience as a Technical trainer both face to face and live web based training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Japanese proficiency (Business-level is required for both verbal and written)
- Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
