About the Role

The Kitano Hotel Tokyo is seeking an individual to manage all aspects of accommodation reservations, including handling bookings and managing reservation websites. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide detailed reservation support by envisioning guest stays, leveraging English and communication skills to contribute to the planning and sales strategies of accommodation plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations from travel agencies, OTAs, and our direct website, and update plan information.
• Handle accommodation reservations, changes, and cancellations via phone and email.
• Plan and develop accommodation packages.
• Negotiate and conduct sales activities with OTAs, travel agencies, and agents.
• Analyze reservation performance and sales status, and support revenue management operations.

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese language proficiency (reading and writing) is required.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email correspondence, etc.).

Skills

• Hotel or ryokan work experience.
• Accommodation reservation work experience.
• Hotel customer service experience (front desk, guest services, etc.).
• Experience in the travel agency, airline, or bridal industries.
• Experience in customer service industries such as restaurants, department stores, or retail.
• Customer support experience, including sales and customer service.
• Experience using OTAs and reservation systems.
