About the Role
Analyze employee performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for various stakeholders. Provide deep-dive analyses and insights to support business decisions. Conduct comprehensive people analytics to understand workforce dynamics, engagement, retention, and other key HR metrics. Conduct scenario analyses to inform talent strategy. Collaborate with HR to enhance data-driven approaches to talent acquisition, development, and retention. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions. Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on performance and people analytics matters. Utilize advanced statistical methods and tools to analyze complex data sets. Continuously enhance data collection processes and systems to improve data quality and accessibility. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance and people analytics, as well as data science. Lead and manage small to medium sized performance and people analytics projects from inception to completion. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical outputs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and people-related improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related degree field.
- Three (3) years of experience in a related occupation.
