About the Role
As a Partnerships Lead, you will form relationships with biologists and AI researchers interested in deploying intelligence across pharma, biotech, or academia. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and relationship building to scoping, sales, pilot, and customer success, working directly with the Co-Founder and CEO.
Responsibilities
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, relationship building, scoping, sales, pilot, and customer success.
- Perform outreach and org mapping to understand the competitive landscape.
- Build relationships by identifying how to be helpful to potential partners.
- Design unique partnerships tailored to specific needs.
- Ensure partner success by being their best provider.
- Lead sales efforts with high agency and a vision for future team leadership.
Requirements
- Technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with scientists about their work.
- Deep understanding of AI, including concepts like gradient descent and reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with biology or experience in the biotech industry interfacing with scientists.
- Desire to build relationships over transactional sales.
- High agency; ability to identify and resolve blockers independently.
- Willingness to work hands-on and grow into a leadership role.
