About the Role

As the Employee Experience Coordinator, you will shape how it feels to work at LEAP from the moment someone says yes. This is a hands-on role at the creative intersection of people and marketing, where you will help bring thoughtful, well-organised and memorable experiences to life for our LEAPsters across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be the engine behind the moments that matter, from welcoming new starters and farewelling leavers well, to celebrating milestones and connecting people through social, cultural and community moments. You’ll also help bring our culture to life online, creating warm, human content for our intranet and internal channels. The things that matter should feel like they matter, and landing that is your job.
