About the Role

Treeline Staffing is seeking Event Security Staff to work various venues and events, primarily in or near San Francisco. This role offers flexible part-time hours and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and security of the client site, its property, and personnel.
• Conducting regular tours of assigned areas to safeguard patrons, staff, vendors, participants, and others on the premises.
• Managing and resolving disturbances or incidents that may occur during events or on-site.
• Touring the facility to inspect doors, windows and/or gates to ensure they are properly secured.
• Assisting with evacuations during emergencies such as fires, storms, riots or other critical situations.
• Screening guests during ingress via bag search, hand wand, or metal detectors.
• Providing customer service related functions and additional security-related duties as required.
• Checking bags.
• Access control.
• Verifying badges for entry.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to perform security-type detail such as standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work extended hours including nights, weekends, on-call status, and holidays, as necessary.
• Successfully complete of a background investigation.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended lengths of time.
• Ability to work in various climates/environments (i.e., outdoors, cold weather).
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 35 lbs.
• All employment includes a 90 day probationary period.
• Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
