About the Role
The PR Assistant Manager supports the PR Manager in developing and executing PR plans that align with the Maison's strategy for both product and corporate topics. This role requires a strong understanding of the Maison's global and local ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and operate ON/OFF media & social media strategy to acquire qualitative earned exposure/posts.
- Collaborate with the PR Manager to define measurable campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Assist with social media, demographic, and industry research and analysis.
- Plan and develop content efficiently to reach the target audience.
- Explore new approaches and tools to create unique content for digital users.
- Provide ideas for innovative content and schemes for paid exposure.
- Conduct PR Action Reports, including brand image studies, exposure counts, and social listening using DMR and other tools.
- Build and strengthen media relationships and external networks with publishers, writers, celebrities, digital influencers, and art/culture figures.
- Identify and cast appropriate guests by leading PR and/or Casting agencies.
- Co-work with other PR team members to maximize effective PR exposure.
- Liaise with Media Planners (Paid/Owned) to maximize digital exposure.
- Work closely with the Branding & Corporate team.
- Handle and contribute to company activations.
- Foster team building and a collaborative working environment, developing leadership culture and cross-collaboration.
- Maintain a respectful manner of working, a feedback culture, and timely communication.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of PR experience.
- Both in-house and PR agency experience are acceptable.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, or cosmetics.
- Corporate and luxury experience is preferable.
