About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of our platform through outcome-driven development and an innovation-led roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Data to discover, assess, prioritize, and execute new features, services, and capabilities for customers and internal users. You will own a set of business capabilities, setting the vision, identifying strategic workstreams and key metrics, and working with a full-stack development Squad to execute.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end problem spaces for your capabilities, defining clear outcomes that drive customer and business impact.
  • Set product direction for your business capabilities, using insight, data, and judgment to build and manage your backlog with a clear focus on the what and why.
  • Lead discovery, working with design, data and engineering to deeply understand user needs and test solutions before scaling.
  • Make high-quality decisions under uncertainty, balancing speed, risk, and long-term value.
  • Align stakeholders around strategy and trade-offs, bringing clarity where there is ambiguity.
  • Translate strategy into execution through epics and user stories with appropriate level of acceptance criteria and test scenarios to ensure you and your squad focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Drive measurable impact, defining success metrics and using data to validate progress and inform next steps.
  • Foster strong product, data, and engineering collaboration, creating an environment of shared ownership and high standards.
  • Collaborate across Squads to create alignment and improve efficiency.
  • Spot opportunities and risks early, adapting plans based on changes in the market, technology, or business context.
  • Understand the technical landscape deeply enough to ask the right questions, anticipate risks, and identify where technical decisions create product opportunity or constraint.
  • Lead sprint review and stakeholder meetings, demonstrating features and taking feedback from partners.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Product Management in a technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with agile software development principles and approaches.
  • Familiarity with common automation tools (n8n, Zapier) and both general-purpose and software engineering-centric LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
  • Competent in the use of Jira for managing software development.
  • Competent in the use of FullStory for behavioural analysis.
  • Competent in the use of Figma and Figjam for design collaboration and workshopping.
  • Competent in the use of generative prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Make, Lovable).
