Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within cross-functional product teams (design, product, engineering, research) to define problems and shape effective solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous discovery through research, insight gathering and experimentation.
  • Design and deliver high-quality user experiences from concept through to production-ready UI.
  • Measure the impact of released features and iterate based on user feedback, behavioural data and business outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities for experimentation, personalisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - helping plan, design and evaluate tests.
  • Use insight and analytics tools to inform design decisions and improve performance.
  • Stay current with evolving design practices, AI tools and emerging technologies, applying them where valuable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing digital products in an agile environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work and clear product thinking
  • Relevant qualification in UX/UI, Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery, prototyping, delivery, usability testing)
  • Comfortable working with insights, analytics and experimentation
  • Experience using or strong curiosity for AI tools within your design workflow
  • Working understanding of AI-assisted workflows, using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar to support research, ideation and prototyping, applying strong judgement to shape high-quality outputs.
  • Clear communicator who can articulate and defend design decisions
