About the Role

We are seeking a Boutique Director to serve as the ultimate leader and brand ambassador for the Boutique. This role involves building and developing an exceptional team to provide superior client service and ensuring the boutique exceeds performance targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a client service-oriented environment and coaching diverse leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
  • Foster a positive working environment and a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
  • Act as a leader of leaders, developing boutique leadership and empowering the team.
  • Develop and achieve business goals by devising creative and strategic solutions to increase sales.
  • Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.
  • Represent CHANEL in the market, developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
  • Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld.
  • Deliver elevated client service to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of related experience.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams.

Skills

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
  • Understanding of, and passion for client experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
  • Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.

Salary/Compensations

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,000 through $185,000.
  • Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
  • Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
  • Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
