About the Role
The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software solutions within a global engineering team. This role focuses on ensuring accurate billing of network usage across Retail, Wholesale, and Roaming services while leveraging industry standards and telecommunications protocols to maintain compliance and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies
- Create clear documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements
- Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals
- Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of technical engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus 3 years of related work experience, or an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
- Strong experience with Perl and SQL
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
