About the Role

The Lead Product Manager for Consumer Banking Deposits – Mass Market Financial Products will shape product value propositions, design customer experiences, and execute go-to-market strategies. This role involves using research and data-driven insights to inform product strategy, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business priorities, and driving long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex initiatives for new products and product enhancements

  • Evaluate global market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory considerations to make informed decisions
  • Oversee risk management activities to ensure delivery and innovation
  • Collaborate with managers, business partners, and delivery teams to achieve project goals
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Must be able to work from one of the specified office locations
