About the Role
We are seeking a Core Product Manager to deliver and execute key betting and gaming flows. This hands-on role requires technical product understanding and a focus on the frontend experience. It offers significant growth opportunities, including taking on more strategy, entering new markets, and shaping the product organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead sports and gaming product development, improving key betting flows from deposit to bet analysis and integrating additional providers and sports feeds.
- Drive outcomes by analyzing metrics and iterating quickly to enhance key betting KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with designers on user experience and product quality, demonstrating genuine design sensibility.
- Drive international expansion with a UK+1 mindset for scaling across different jurisdictions.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management.
- Mobile consumer product experience, ideally in social, gaming, or B2C apps.
- Passion for social, responsible betting.
- Strong discovery and user research skills; ability to conduct research independently.
- Strategic sequencing abilities to break down large initiatives into testable increments and prioritize effectively.
- Data literacy, including comfort with tools like Mixpanel and analyzing retention and behavioral data.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a volatile business environment.
