About the Role
Seeking an Analyst, People Technology to provide technical support to the People Team firm-wide, including talent acquisition, core HCM, compliance, case management, and related Workday processes. This role involves assisting with testing during Workday releases, supporting data management, reporting, and auditing, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gathers and documents client requirements, including stakeholder identification, scope, and current/future state processes.
- Conducts research to address client requirements using Workday Community documentation and resources.
- Collaborates with clients and People Operations to troubleshoot issues and support solutions.
- Assists with Workday configuration, testing, validation, and maintenance.
- Submits change requests based on requirements and documents configuration changes.
- Reviews People Team data management processes and recommends improvements.
- Researches approaches, including AI, to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration.
- Assists with regression testing during Workday and related systems releases.
- Supports implementation of Workday release enhancements, including functionality review, configuration testing, and issue resolution.
- Supports Workday process implementation change management and maintains related job aids.
- Assists with assigned projects and provides support to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Manages Firm resources responsibly.
- Complies with and understands Firm operations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and techniques.
- Proficient knowledge with Workday or other HRIS configuration.
- Skilled at using technology to execute projects.
- Knowledge and experience with project management.
