About the Role

Lendable is seeking a Product Manager to drive the aggressive growth of its US Personal Loans business. This role involves defining strategy, shipping features, and managing outcomes end-to-end for multiple product areas, with a focus on leveraging AI and data to improve credit quality, reduce losses, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own product areas to support US Personal Loans expansion.
  • Define strategy, ship features, and drive outcomes end-to-end.
  • Get proprietary credit models into production by working with data science.
  • Design and build automations to improve operations team efficiency.
  • Use data to identify initiatives that improve credit quality, reduce losses, help customers, or grow volume.
  • Figure out how best to use LLMs for customer service, servicing, and collections.
  • A/B test customer journeys from application through servicing to improve conversion, satisfaction, and repayment.
  • Improve the post-origination experience, including payments and customer support.
  • Lead the team, align and motivate stakeholders, and improve delivery processes.
  • Write Python and SQL for analytical insights.
  • Commit PRs to production for straightforward features.
  • Build agent workflows to automate repetitive work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics.
  • At least 1 year in a Product Manager role.
  • 1+ years in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit.
  • Experience building with AI (agents, workflows, code generation, analysis).
  • Track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics.
  • Very comfortable with data, analysis, and SQL.
  • High-growth startup or scale-up experience (bonus).
  • Ability to break complex problems into shippable pieces.
  • Ability to decide under ambiguity and own the outcome.
  • Ability to communicate crisply.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to move fast, default to action, and course-correct.
