About the Role

Intel Foundry's Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM) team is seeking a Data Science and Analytics Intern to analyze large-scale datasets, uncover patterns, and build models that drive manufacturing decisions and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large operational datasets
• Build data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Develop scalable data models to reduce manual metric gathering
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for IT partnerships
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers on data-driven projects
• Support data storytelling initiatives to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Present business impact of analytical work to senior leadership
• Build skills in a collaborative environment

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Academic coursework or project experience in data analysis and statistical methods
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
• Experience in statistics and data modeling concepts
• Must be eligible to work in the US without Intel immigration sponsorship
