About the Role

This role supports the Workplace Experience and Performance teams by optimizing performance and reporting for Food Services, AV Support Services, and Workplace Experience globally. The focus is on driving strategic business value through data-driven insights, commercial optimization, and process excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, track, and report monthly operating metrics and KPIs for global workplace experience services.
  • Support benchmarking and pricing strategies for Food & Beverage programs.
  • Partner with sourcing to identify pricing improvements for F&B programs.
  • Present complex performance metrics and insights to senior leadership through data storytelling.
  • Drive performance excellence across the organization to meet business-critical requirements.
  • Own the development of governance presentations and other client engagements.
  • Consolidate relevant information and materials from disparate sources.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety, food safety, and operational regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision making through accurate and timely analysis.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for performance failures and track corrective action implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of F&B financial principles, including COGs, labor management, and contribution margins.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations or hospitality services.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and indicators preferred.
  • Understanding of food service KPIs including financial performance, participation rates, and compliance metrics.
  • Experience working in a global, multi-regional environment.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
