About the Role

ResProp Management is a growing multi-family property management company founded in 2010. We focus on servant leadership and hiring top talent to help people find apartment homes and build communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments for an excellent resident move-in experience.
• Understand and articulate the property's features and benefits in relation to prospective residents' needs.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase property traffic, including online posts, social media, and outreach.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-up with potential and current residents.
• Utilize problem-solving skills and sound judgment to handle unpredictable situations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and competitors to inform prospective residents.
• Build resident relationships through courteous and timely responses to needs and concerns.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in preparing lease documents, resident files, applications, and bookkeeping.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan and organize resident events.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in collecting delinquent rents.
• Conduct daily visual inspections of the property (office, models, compactor, vacant units, curb appeal, amenities) for cleanliness and maintain work area/office cleanliness.
• Inspect and touch up models and vacant units.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and reference check prior to employment.
