About the Role
As a Sr. Research Analyst, you will collaborate with team members to support survey design, data analysis, insight generation, and report development while ensuring the quality and accuracy of research execution and deliverables. Responsibilities
- Develop research objectives, hypotheses, and key business questions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to meet company quality standards.
- Analyze data using statistical software and research methodologies.
- Prepare and present reports that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Support the design, programming, and testing of surveys within the Qualtrics XM platform using research best practices.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Evaluate and improve research processes, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Research, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of market research experience, including quantitative research design, survey development, data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting automation.
- Proven ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data from multiple primary and secondary research sources to uncover meaningful insights and identify the drivers behind business trends and performance.
- Experience supporting end-to-end research initiatives, with a focus on quantitative methodologies including survey design, data analysis, and statistical modeling, complemented by working knowledge of qualitative research methods.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with researchers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop clear, evidence-based insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports, create compelling presentations, and communicate complex research findings in a clear and actionable manner.
