About the Role
The Phoenix is seeking a highly organized marketing coordinator to support day-to-day execution across a variety of marketing and communications initiatives. This role will provide flexible operational and creative support across multiple workstreams and teams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing a wide range of marketing support tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of marketing and communications projects across multiple teams and initiatives
- Coordinate incoming requests related to events, partnerships, collateral, toolkits, marketing assets, and related needs
- Develop first drafts of marketing copy, toolkits, presentations, and support materials
- Adapt and work within existing design templates and brand systems
- Assist with project coordination, timelines, and communication between stakeholders
- Help organize and package marketing materials for internal and external use
- Support miscellaneous marketing and communications needs as priorities shift
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or related roles (internships count!)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort managing overlapping priorities and requests
- Experience working within brand templates and lightweight creative systems (i.e., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, PPT/Slides/Keynote)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments
