About the Role
DISCO is seeking an experienced legaltech product marketer or former attorney to drive go-to-market strategy for its AI-driven legal software. This role combines storytelling, strategy, public speaking, and analytical thinking, offering a career switch for attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine clear and impactful messaging and positioning.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
- Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral and training materials.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the legal industry OR 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on legal technology.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactively adopt and responsibly use AI tools to drive efficiency, improve outcomes, and continuously evolve how they operate in their role.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
