About the Role
Join our Global Corporate Consulting practice, serving diverse clients across industries and asset types. You will collaborate with leaders and experts to develop analytical frameworks addressing strategic, operational, and business process needs, with a focus on creating implementation plans for real estate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, analytics, and data mining.
- Prepare mapping and workflow analyses.
- Build decision tools and models.
- Utilize proprietary technology and analytical toolkits.
- Provide support for general projects and client account management.
- Assist with client report writing and presentations.
- Support Business Development efforts for executives, practice leaders, and market leaders.
- Drive business development across different service lines.
- Analyze and report on client penetration across markets and specialties.
- Research opportunities to expand the client list, including analyzing methods to become Appraisers of record.
- Manage and support client events, conferences, and industry events to develop new clients.
- Support major client presentations.
- Provide sales support for key pursuits and business development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business, corporate, or management consultancy organization.
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology and client service tools, including PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word, and VISIO/CAD CAM related project management and process mapping packages.
