About the Role

We are seeking a Traffic Engineer- Project Manager to lead and support a variety of transportation projects that make a real impact. Join our Smart(ER) Mobility team, helping to build the future of mobility by leveraging emerging technologies to create a more equitable and resilient mobility ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transportation planning studies, traffic impact analyses, and safety assessments
  • Contribute to Environmental Impact Assessments and Planning and Environmental Linkages studies
  • Design and oversee traffic data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with roadway and structural engineers on iterative design processes
  • Ensure quality and consistency through QA/QC reviews
  • Manage project budgets and client communications
  • Present technical concepts at public meetings and support stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate modeling efforts and integrate results into planning recommendations
  • Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and presentations
  • Support business development through proposal writing and interviews

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in transportation engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
