About the Role
Drive the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that power the business. Lead technical decision-making across ERP, applications, integrations, and analytics while guiding teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support enterprise growth and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead across ERP, applications, integrations, and analytics, ensuring scalable and aligned solutions.
- Translate business priorities into clear, executable delivery plans and technical solutions.
- Enforce architecture, data, and security standards while supporting complex design decisions.
- Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions while minimizing rework and technical debt.
- Mentor and develop engineers, establish consistent engineering practices, and build team capability.
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide solutions.
- Partner with project coordination resources to maintain efficient delivery flow.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical tradeoffs, and ensure stability across initiatives.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in software, data, or enterprise application engineering.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering across multiple initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, integrations, and application architecture.
- Experience with ERP, data, or analytics environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
