About the Role

Provide 24x7 support for client and user-facing products and services, focusing on data quality, system reliability, and seamless integrations. Responsible for mapping and transforming legal practice data to enable downstream processes and analytics. Design and build custom data integrations using Intapp Integrate, leveraging Intapp APIs, data models, and workflow tools. Demonstrate expertise integrating with mission-critical enterprise systems and support automation through scripting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24x7 support for client and user-facing products and services.
  • Map and transform legal practice data for downstream processes and analytics.
  • Design and build custom data integrations using Intapp Integrate (Integration Builder), leveraging Intapp APIs, data models, and workflow tools.
  • Integrate with enterprise systems such as Active Directory/Azure AD, HRIS platforms, DMS, CRM, Finance/ERP, matter management, billing/time systems, and data warehouses.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, reconciliation, quality checks, troubleshooting, auditing, and performance validation.
  • Support automation and custom connector development through scripting (PowerShell, Python, or C#) for pre- and post-processing operations and data workflows.
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, system objectives, and detailed requirements.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and document requirement specifications, data mappings, diagrams, and process flows.
  • Translate complex technical specifications into clear, non-technical requirements.
  • Manage system setup, configuration, and environment preparation.
  • Define and coordinate testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and quality assurance oversight.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Implement maintenance routines, monitor system performance, collect operational metrics, and resolve reported issues.
  • Design, implement, and upgrade information systems to meet evolving business and user needs.
  • Perform performance tuning and optimization of integration systems.
  • Install, upgrade, and administer integration platforms and related components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot integration and system-related errors.
  • Build and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
  • Automate recurring tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for system management and governance.
  • Create and maintain backup and recovery strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize integration system performance, providing recommendations for scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure system security, integrity, and availability, including planning and executing disaster recovery measures.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience on Integration Builder
  • 3–5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-grade system integrations
  • Proficient in SQL including querying, joins, and basic performance tuning for validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
  • Strong background in integration delivery and operational support
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys, token-based auth), and webhooks
  • Skilled in working with JSON/XML, data mapping, transformations, and schema validation
  • Solid knowledge of core data-integration concepts, such as error handling, dead-letter queues, monitoring, alerting, scheduling, incremental data loads, and change tracking
  • Experience supporting production integrations with a focus on stability and performance, including managing SLAs, incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term problem management
  • Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Strong knowledge of application setup principles and best practices
  • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and deploying new applications and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced command of SQL and SQL Server toolsets
  • In-depth understanding of database security, backup/recovery, and performance monitoring
  • Familiarity with relational and dimensional data-modeling techniques
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell and Unix shell
  • Exposure to SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
