About the Role
Cadence is seeking STEM bachelor’s graduates for a one-year, cohort-based rotational program within the Customer Support Team. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in electronic design automation (EDA) tools, technical sales, and customer support, preparing participants for a full-time career in silicon design and design automation.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line design services and technical support to advanced customers
- Collaborate with technical experts and account teams to solve complex technical problems
- Participate in two six-month rotations with hands-on training in digital design, physical design, analog layout, verification, or hardware emulation
- Transition into a full-time role within a CST business group upon successful program completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- Experience using electronic design automation (EDA) tools
- Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills
- Must be a recent college graduate
