Vault is a non-bank private lending company offering a wide array of financial services. We are looking for an Accounting Officer to join our team.

Perform cash receipt entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
Address customer service queries and resolve internal department issues.
Manage account payment histories and tax remittances.
Compile and distribute daily management reports.
Handle compliance reporting.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
Execute full-cycle accounting processes.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.

Possess a relevant university degree or college diploma.
Have at least two years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, policies, procedures, and budgeting methods.
Exhibit strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to produce and manage daily management reporting requirements.
Capacity to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Be an energetic team player with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Net Suite is considered an asset.
