About the Role
The Marketing Manager leads the development and implementation of marketing programs for the Kerecis biologics portfolio. This role acts as a product champion and cross-functional collaborator to execute commercial priorities, working closely with sales teams, business leaders, and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand champion for products, including positioning, messaging, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the Training team to equip sales staff with effective tools and product differentiation strategies.
- Work with campaign managers and copywriters to develop digital campaigns for customer awareness.
- Support tradeshow planning and execution in collaboration with the Events team.
- Manage the marketing toolbox by maintaining, reviewing, and updating content.
- Provide market insights and launch plans for new product development in collaboration with the Innovation team.
- Build strong relationships with the commercial team to support sales force needs.
- Coordinate with Medical and Clinical Affairs to support KOL and evidence plans.
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of successful marketing experience, ideally in medical devices or healthcare.
- Experience working with a direct field sales team.
- Ability to observe surgical and clinical procedures and participate in clinical discussions.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
- Ability to travel 20-25% of the time.
- Experience working with surgeons is preferred.
