About the Role

Join the Sanofi Accelerator’s Global Function to work at the intersection of technology and business. You will leverage modern software engineering to streamline global operations, automate complex processes, and unlock efficiency across the enterprise to help deliver medicine faster and enable business operations to scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software solutions that accelerate research workflows and enhance data analysis.
• Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and reliability of developed systems.
• Contribute to technical vision while aligning with broader engineering strategy.
• Translate requirements into high-quality, performant code.
• Collaborate with peers, product managers, and scientists to ensure timely delivery.
• Own technical decisions and ensure effective execution of assigned work.
• Develop technical expertise in domains relevant to Global Function innovation.
• Uphold high standards in software engineering, testing, and documentation.
• Advocate for best practices and contribute to team-wide technical standards.
• Build and maintain modern microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Work closely with teammates and cross-functional partners to solve problems.
• Support team initiatives by contributing to shared codebases, tools, and processes.
• Engage in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar).
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js).
• Proficiency in React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with microservice architectures, API design, and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
• Innovation-focused with a willingness to experiment.
