About the Role
As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will guide families and older adults through the sales journey, act as a team player to generate referral leads, and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports its Sales associates with a comprehensive onboarding program, tuition reimbursement, and a network of nearly 675 communities.
Responsibilities
- Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
- Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
- Senior Living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation.
