About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator establishes and maintains relationships with referring providers, patients, and the community while managing business partnerships and executing marketing tasks for Everett Bone and Joint.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients and referring providers on clinic services and amenities
- Travel to surrounding areas for clinic drop-ins and meetings to develop referral sources
- Maintain knowledge of organization markets and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain contact with referring clinics via phone and email
- Report clinical outreach efforts to practice administrator and physicians
- Build brand awareness and participate in community events
- Survey referral sources to identify procedural issues
- Create and implement print and digital advertising campaigns
- Manage online reputation on review sites including Google, Healthgrades, Vitals, and Yelp
- Monitor SEO campaigns and write educational blog posts and website content
- Collaborate with the Proliance marketing team
- Facilitate website development, design, and maintenance
- Create marketing plans for new and incoming physicians
- Post engaging content on social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Design, order, and distribute marketing materials
- Work with videography team to create informative videos
- Analyze patient satisfaction scores and take action as needed
- Compose annual marketing plan and budget
- Manage philanthropic giving and sponsorships
- Order uniforms, name tags, and badges
- Open and disperse mail and packages daily
- Assist HR with posting and removing job descriptions
- Lead the Event Committee to boost employee morale and plan office events
- Assist administrator with additional duties as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of marketing, sales, or account development experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Adherence to safety, risk management, and HIPAA confidentiality procedures
- Ability to work independently
