About the Role

The Solution Engineer acts as the bridge between business teams and Technology, helping translate business requirements into effective solutions using the company's enterprise application ecosystem. This role combines business understanding, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology contact for assigned business functions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Evaluate available options within the company's technology ecosystem and recommend the most appropriate approach.
• Prepare solution proposals and review them with the CTO for validation, prioritization, or architectural guidance when needed.
• Configure, build, test, and deploy solutions within supported enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with other Solution Engineers to ensure consistency across business processes and systems.
• Partner with the Software Development Team when requirements exceed the capabilities of enterprise platforms and require custom software development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including hands-on configuration, workflows, and automation.
• 2+ years of experience in a Solution Engineer, Business Systems, Solution Architect, or similar business-facing technology role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to implementing system changes, following established processes and best practices.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
• Candidates should be in driving distance of our Elgin, TX location for occasional in-person meetings.
