About the Role
Worth Finance Corporation is seeking a dedicated Account Representative to join our dynamic Call Center team in Austin, TX. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, and guiding them through their loan process with clarity and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transaction histories.
- Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns with professionalism.
- Work with customers to collect past due balances.
- Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and account history.
- Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
- Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
- Deliver a great customer service experience.
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure completeness of customer files.
Requirements
- Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail with handling customer information
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fast‑paced environment
