About the Role
The Associate AI Enablement Manager supports the AI Enablement & Innovation Manager in driving the adoption, alignment, and operational execution of AI within Global Marketing. This role balances day-to-day operational responsibilities with the strategic ability to lead assigned AI enablement work-streams from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor AI Activity Intakes and complete initial triage.
- Validate incoming submissions and use cases against established criteria.
- Set up and coordinate discovery calls for deep-dives with internal teams.
- Conduct first-pass routing and draft initial risk notes.
- Assemble compliance and governance packets.
- Support the management and rollout of Global Marketing's AI Policy.
- Liaise for Global Marketing use cases and requests with Responsible AI (RAI) and other enterprise functional partners.
- Independently lead designated AI integration initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day tracking of the AI Innovation Roadmap.
- Proactively chase stale updates and resolve operational blockers.
- Complete content and structural updates to HAE-owned artifacts.
- Maintain and update the central registry of AI agents and tools.
- Keep up with internal enterprise and external market AI updates.
- Track enterprise AI-related policy and tool updates.
- Track Global Marketing AI Policy relevance based on emerging use cases.
- Translate complex enterprise artifacts and technical guidelines into digestible documents or no-code/low-code agents.
- Pull together inputs from ongoing HAE work to support team communications.
- Own alignment with global marketing and company partners for assigned work-streams.
- Maintain proactive engagement and efficient coordination with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI enablement, AI adoption, marketing operations, digital transformation, program management, or a related field.
- Experience may include a blend of marketing operations or marketing-facing experience plus recent AI exposure or participation in AI transformation/adoption work.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with multiple collaborator groups is strongly preferred.
- Strong baseline understanding of the AI ecosystem, tools, and trends.
- Direct programming experience is not required.
