About the Role
As a Chef de Rang at Bar Antoine, you will deliver a relaxed yet refined service experience. You will manage your section, build guest rapport, provide confident recommendations, and ensure every interaction is natural, warm, and personalized in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, vibrant, and personalized service across Bar Antoine
- Guide guests through the menu with food and beverage recommendations
- Build strong knowledge of the bar offering, including cocktails, wines, and light dishes
- Manage your section effectively to ensure smooth service and attention to detail
- Coordinate seamlessly with the bar and kitchen teams
- Create a warm and energetic atmosphere reflecting the Bar Antoine concept
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- Support the development of junior team members through coaching
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in a high-quality restaurant or bar
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with an interest in cocktails and bar culture
- Confident, engaging communication style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-focused and proactive mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
