About the Role

Join a growing London Offices team with strong momentum and clear progression pathways. This role involves leading the delivery of commercial office fit-out projects from inception to completion across central London locations.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management of office fit-outs
  • Acting as Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent (JCT)
  • Managing programme, cost and risk
  • Leading client relationships and stakeholder coordination
  • Driving delivery to a high standard across multiple schemes

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects
  • Currently operating at Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level
  • Strong Contract Administration experience (JCT essential)
  • Good understanding of the London market
  • MRICS (RICS Chartered) – essential
