About the Role

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative for CCH® Tagetik, you will drive commercial growth and accelerate the sales pipeline by generating, qualifying, and developing opportunities. You will manage strategic prospecting initiatives, support sales objectives, and act as a trusted advisor to prospects, contributing to revenue growth. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, consultative conversations, pipeline development, and mentoring others, with clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns
  • Build, manage, and continuously strengthen a robust and qualified sales pipeline
  • Engage with both prospective customers and existing accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Identify key decision-makers, initiate strategic conversations, and secure high-quality sales meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
  • Analyze sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and report on pipeline health and lead trends
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals and commercial quotations
  • Support strategic sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, events, and growth projects
  • Act as a mentor and trusted point of reference for junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting their development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and prospecting strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, sales development, or commercial prospecting
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead qualification frameworks, and pipeline management
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales development and pipeline generation targets
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and other prospecting and account-mapping tools
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Excellent organisational skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting less experienced colleagues is advantageous
  • Ambition to continue growing within a commercial organisation and take on broader sales responsibilities
