About the Role

FanDuel is looking for a Media Coordinator to support its poker marketing program. This role is key to driving media efficiency and scale across ATL and BTL operations, collaborating with multiple internal departments to elevate customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding, setup, and day-to-day management of affiliate and partner relationships, tracking performance against key goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on media partner performance across multiple business areas.
  • Contribute to the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving media partner performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer acquisition journeys and user experiences.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and month-end financial reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the business to support marketing strategies and company growth objectives.
  • Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another relevant field with strong academic record preferred.
  • 0-1 year of client-facing marketing experience, affiliate marketing experience and media buying preferred. Internship experience a plus.
  • Meaningful experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and understanding of their utilization and relationship.
  • Analytically driven with strong understanding of data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders.
  • Strategic and commercial thinker with strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of global online affiliate and online gambling payment models.
  • A real passion for gaming and ability to grow the media mix.
