About the Role

You want to create real impact with your analyses? Monitoring, forecasting, and reporting in the M&A environment drive you – and with Excel, you turn numbers into clear decision-making bases? Then we are looking for exactly you!

Responsibilities

• Create business cases, financial models, and valuation scenarios for share deals and asset deals, and support the creation of calculations for frontline deals.
• Participate in financial due diligence and analyze financial data of target companies.
• Support the integration of subsidiaries into our financial systems and the harmonization of reporting structures.
• Take responsibility for ongoing reporting for subsidiaries, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and actively participate in the creation of forecasts and budgets for subsidiaries.
• Take responsibility for partial areas of cost center and contribution margin accounting.
• Optimize our controlling systems and reporting structures within the team and continuously adapt them to dynamically changing requirements.

Requirements

• You have studied business administration or completed a comparable education.
• You have relevant experience in controlling and preferably in the valuation of M&A deals.
• Experience in the music or a similar industry is preferred.
• Your English is as fluent as your German.
