About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Restructuring Executive to join our team in London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating various aspects of corporate restructuring processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with legal and financial requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of restructuring plans for distressed companies
  • Coordinate with legal teams, financial advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the restructuring process
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation related to restructuring cases
  • Manage the claims process, including reviewing and analyzing creditor claims
  • Organize and attend creditor meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections for restructuring cases
  • Liaise with clients, creditors, and other parties involved in the restructuring process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency laws, regulations, and court procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents and filings
  • Support senior team members in complex restructuring cases and special projects

Requirements

  • Experience in restructuring, insolvency, or a similar office-based role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
