About the Role

Plan delicious and cost-efficient menus to ensure customer satisfaction. This role has a real impact on customer satisfaction and their home cooking achievements. Reporting to the Menu Strategy Manager, you will help bring recipes to life for home cooks. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end process of the product execution framework by ensuring menus are planned and finalized according to the Product and Culinary strategy.
  • Select the company’s best possible core product (recipes) to send out to customers each week while adhering to business needs, product, and operational constraints.
  • Analyze all customer feedback, translating insights from menu and recipe performance deep dives into recommendations for future menus.
  • Propose menu improvement business cases and assess the expected return on investment (ROI).
  • Track menu costs at all stages of planning and execute value engineering initiatives when required.
  • Assess the cadence of the product execution framework and continuously inject agile ways of working.
  • Continuously support the Menu Strategy team, Product team, and wider departments to improve/redevelop the core product, ensuring it is unique and delivers customer desires.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary & SCO teams to solve operational or supply challenges on upcoming menus.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in product operations or similar.
  • Enjoy optimizing long-term projects (i.e., the menu).
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and possess high attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven track record of solving customer problems.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Passionate about food.
  • Independent right to work in the UK.
  • Cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.
  • Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, as well as others.
  • Report incidents immediately and raise health and safety-related concerns.
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks will be processed.
  • Disclose relevant information at application and throughout the process.
  • If a current HelloFresh employee, discuss application with Line Manager.
