About the Role
We are seeking a Commis Chef to join El Pastor at Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross, London. El Pastor is a group of Mexican taquerias dedicated to authentic, high-quality produce and a vibrant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
- Be the face of a Group known for its’ warm welcome and guest care
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
Requirements
- Experience working as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef at a fast-paced high quality Restaurant
- Interest and love for Mexican food and culture
- Strong command of English language
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
