About the Role
As an organization talent with a knack for customer interaction and employee motivation, you will lead and develop a cleaning team, ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, and client satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining Vebego's high service standards and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your cleaning team, providing technical and disciplinary management.
- Offer regular training and feedback sessions to support team development.
- Create and coordinate work schedules for your cleaning team to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee high cleaning standards and promote continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth collaboration and addressing their concerns.
- Receive and process customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all relevant information for monthly payroll is recorded accurately and on time.
- Manage inventory and ensure sufficient work materials and equipment are available.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in building cleaning or a related field.
- Experience in personnel responsibility, as well as in leading and motivating teams.
- German language skills (written and spoken) at a minimum C1 level.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel).
- Valid driver's license Class B.
