About the Role

Seeking an inspirational leader to shape and elevate IQVIA's Global enterprise Advisory Services presence across the United States, Japan, and Asia/Pacific. This role will drive the strategy of the Global Advisory organization as trusted partners to clients, developing a deep understanding of their challenges and consistently earning opportunities to support them. As the senior leader of DTAS’ Global Advisory Services, you will shape commercial strategy, drive growth, and ensure exceptional delivery across a global and cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Be the senior face of IQVIA’s Global Advisory Services, trusted by executive-level and other senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor, sounding board, and thought-partner.
Set and own the Advisory Services growth agenda, partnering closely with regional Advisory leaders.
Model deep client intimacy and exemplify best-in-class client leadership, operating close to customers, regularly presenting onsite, and deeply embedded in their strategic priorities.
Drive the integration of AI and new technologies into Advisory Services offerings and commercial strategy, positioning AI-enabled advisory as a core growth driver.
Continuously assess emerging AI/new technologies and innovation trends to shape Advisory Services strategy and anticipate client needs.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to leverage expertise within Advisory Services and the broader DTAS portfolio.
Ensure high-impact delivery, holding regional clusters accountable for insight-rich, strategic, and rigorous work.
Cultivate and nurture top talent, coaching and elevating emerging leaders, providing crisp direction, and creating a thriving environment.
Inform and deepen IQVIA’s Thought Leadership and insight, collaborating with the Thought Leadership organization and front-line practitioners.
Influence across the enterprise, collaborating closely with other DTAS leaders, GADs, Client Partners, and senior executives.
Own your business, delivering on customer revenue and margin targets.
Build and lead a unified global Advisory Services community, fostering collaboration, capability building, and consistency across regions.

Requirements

Experience operating at an Executive level in a top-tier consulting environment or comparable internal strategy/advisory leadership.
A track record of owning and growing major client relationships, with deep comfort engaging senior decision-makers.
Strong commercial acumen: opportunity shaping, complex pursuit leadership, customer value articulation, senior stakeholder orchestration.
A leadership style that inspires confidence, unlocks team performance, and elevates the bar for consulting excellence.
Ability to lead, inspire, and develop multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Passion for client engagement and a pronounced ability to operate with high presence on client site, building trust through proximity, responsiveness, and insight.
Deep intellectual curiosity and learning agility: a pronounced ability to learn and digest new content and to apply it to customer challenges and priorities.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills — able to simplify, inspire, and drive alignment across diverse groups.
Must reside in the same country where the job is located.
Role will be required to travel.
