About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing and highly collaborative individual to be a Strategy Manager in the Corporate Strategy team. This role is responsible for a diverse set of strategy projects, partnering with leaders across LSEG’s business and functions to shape the overall strategy of the Group and drive organic and inorganic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive/support a portfolio of projects led by the Head of Corporate Strategy and/or any of the Directors and Senior Strategy Managers in the Corporate Strategy team.
  • Partner with leaders across LSEG’s business and functions.

Requirements

  • Critical thinking and ability to tackle complex problems in a structured manner.
  • Experience of conducting market and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Ability to develop clear and pragmatic recommendations and plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience of preparing executive briefings.
  • Ability to reach across LSEG to bring the right expertise and diversity of perspectives together based on context and business need.
  • Ability to build, contribute and develop relationships with key partners and represent the Corporate Strategy function.
  • Excellent rigor in planning and coordinating activities to achieve desired outcomes within clearly defined timeframes and standards.
  • Knowledge of the LSEG Corporate Strategy.
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting / in-house strategy roles or corporate development.
