About the Role

As part of the 4flow management team, you will analyze, evaluate, and optimize transport processes and concepts within our clients' global supply chain networks. You will contribute to the development of 4flow in France by joining a dynamic team on our Paris site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize transport processes and concepts in clients' global supply chain networks.
• Perform quantitative analyses and evaluate supply chain data, processes, and networks.
• Identify and assess weak points in client transport networks.
• Create and input transport plans into stakeholder systems.
• Develop various optimization scenarios.
• Conceptualize and implement innovative logistics concepts in transport and network optimization.
• Contribute to and lead projects for digitalization and automation of processes, and business development with clients.
• Monitor data reliability across different systems.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of process optimization.
• Prepare and support tenders for the client network (optimizations, business evolutions, or rate changes), including preparing transport data, collecting requirements, analyzing quotas, and formulating award recommendations.
• Document all key processes and specific configurations within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• First corporate experience in transport planning.
• Master's degree in engineering school, industrial engineering, logistics, data analysis, or a comparable field of study.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluent command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially MS Excel).
• Aptitude for finding automation and optimization solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously with a conceptual and structured approach.
• Team spirit and motivation to work in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
